I-ll start off by saying, My experience with Hendrick Chevrolet was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. My credit rating being what it was, I was skeptical that I would find anyone willing to work with me based on that.--It wasn-t looking all to promising until my inquiries led me to Mr. Steve Fricks. I explained my circumstances and what I was in need of and he responded that he had several options to choose from and that a visit to the lot would be to our advantage because the web site couldn-t show us the real time inventory to choose from. This is the amazing part , since my current vehical---of foreign stock- is dead in the driveway due to a blown engine--Mr. Fricks offered to have us picked up and brought to the Hendrick dealership in Buford Ga., easily a 100 mile trip one way,--and thru the city of Atlanta during the morning rush hour traffic.--Well low and behold one of Rick Hendrick-s special finance consultants, Mr. Roberto Hom Arrived at our home in Buchanan Ga., and was very professional and courteous making the whole trip a pleasant and comfortable 2 hour ride back to the dealership.--Upon arrival to the lot, my Wife and I were greeted and made to feel welcome by Mr. Fricks, then as directed, Mr. Hom brought us to his booth and offered us somthing to drink, then proceeded to --the process of showing us what was available.--The whole process of selection, finance, and closing , was short and sweet. - About 4 to5 hours ---My wife and I drove off the lot in our certified preowned 2009 Chevrolet Silverado with all the amenities we wanted plus a full tank of gas!!--I just want to add that I would Highly recommend Rick Hendrick of Buford to anyone looking for a new or certified pre-owned vehicle and to anyone who goes there, Be prepared to be amazed--by the level of professionalism and customer care that goes above and beyond.--Thankyou to Mr. Steve Fricks and Mr. Roberto Hom.----Sincerely, --Duane K.
